About the Client

LuxTermin is a Luxembourg-based startup aiming to create a unified booking and service marketplace for local service providers including hairdressers, beauty salons, and tutors. The client needed a full-scale digital platform to connect service providers with customers.

What We Delivered

A complete service marketplace ecosystem: responsive web platform, native iOS and Android apps, real-time booking engine with conflict detection, integrated payment processing with POS terminal support, and a full salon management dashboard.

The Challenge

Service providers in Luxembourg (hairdressers, beauty salons, tutors) had no unified booking platform. Clients called or texted for appointments. Salon owners managed schedules on paper or disconnected tools.
