About the Product
There is no outside client here. ViceForge Clip Machine is our own product, owned 100% by ViceForge LLC and its founder Predrag Mitrovic. It serves gaming creators first, with GTA6 launching on November 19, 2026, and every creator who records long video: podcasts, vlogs, education, fitness and cooking.
What We Delivered
One product with three ways to make clips: AI Gaming Clip Cut, AI Creator Clip Cut and a manual multi-segment editor. Around them sit live stream clipping, Twitch, Kick and YouTube links, Trend Radar, captions, voice, auto effects, AI titles and YouTube publishing, plus a public clip feed and a creator competition. Sold as monthly plans from $7.99 to $29.99 and as lifetime deals.
The Challenge
Long videos hide the best moments, and getting them out is slow and scattered. Creators lose hours finding highlights, then jump between separate tools for cutting, captions, reframing, metadata and publishing. Tools that only listen to speech miss what matters in gaming: the kill, the chase, the reaction on the facecam.

Our Process
- Mapped the creator workflow from raw video to posted clip
- Designed signal fusion: vision, audio, facecam and moment clusters
- Built game-specific profiles for gameplay detection
- First creators signed up in April 2026
- GPU rendering moved to on-demand AWS Batch in June 2026
- Early creator feedback shaped each release
- First paying customers in July 2026; Dealify and StackCommerce (September) followed
- Product AI moved to Amazon Bedrock, Transcribe and Polly in July 2026
- Up to 12 GPU jobs in parallel from August 2026
- AI Reads Speech in any language and AI Hook cold opens
- Twitch and Kick VOD links, score parts, 15 caption styles
- Moment description, AI narrator and auto effects
What We Built
A browser-based AI video editor. Upload a video or paste a link, and AI finds the strongest moments, can open each clip on its peak (AI Hook, Creator Elite), adds word-by-word captions and writes the title, description and hashtags. Every clip gets a 0 to 100 score so you know what to post first. When you want control, the manual editor lets you cut it yourself.
